Christopher Weber-Fürst founded his company Female Future two years ago after a life long process of understanding and creating his life purpose. His mission is to integrate the current and emerging global paradigm shifts in business lives.
Christopher has a clear understanding of the present gender equality paradigm and the impact that has in business and society. From this perspective he has developed a special coaching approach for women where the essence is to find their inner voice and have the courage to live from their inner truth. It is of great important to take action and be a catalyst for change and hence he calls himself a strategic futurist and action feminist, taking action so as to be a respons-able person. He is 64 years old, comes from Norway, lives in Germany, works globally, is married and has three children.
Anders H. Lier is Founding Chairman of Naandi Norway, President & CEO of Enoro and Chairman of Seema. He has spent the last 15 years on giving education to the underprivileged girls in India. He is a strong believer in being a responsible member of the society we live and operate in.
Anders is a true advocate for the movement for gender equality. He is the spokesman for creating a global wave and unifies our efforts. Anders supports the solidarity movement for gender equality.
