Christopher Weber-Fürst founded his company Female Future two years ago after a life long process of understanding and creating his life purpose. His mission is to integrate the current and emerging global paradigm shifts in business lives.
And the emerging paradigm shift is the female approach. Combined with social innovation and value driven work it will support the economy and the unfoldment of human potential and thus create value for customers, employees and society.
Since most of our approaches so far have been dominated and implemented by men it is pretty clear that one gender cannot represent the whole. The perspective of a more female future is an amendment and a paradigm shift in this direction. This is not about feminism or female power movements, but a natural and healthy development process.
Christopher has a clear understanding of the present gender equality paradigm and the impact that has in business and society. From this perspective he has developed a special coaching approach for women where the essence is to find their inner voice and have the courage to live from their inner truth.
It is of great important to take action and be a catalyst for change and hence he calls himself a strategic futurist and action feminist, taking action so as to be a respons-able person. He is 64 years old, comes from Norway, lives in Germany, works globally, is married and has three children.
